The original Sunset Telephone & Telegraph Co. building is found on the corner of S 11th and Fawcett Ave. in Downtown Tacoma. Constructed in 1901 and built to house Tacoma's growing telephone company, which began bringing service to the city in 1884.

Hello! My name is Toni and I am a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and certified Cold Water Therapy Practitioner. After many years teaching and attending retreats, I started my own retreat business in 2025 called Appointment with Life Retreats on Vashon Island. I love sharing my passion for cold water plunging and mindfulness and now I'm taking the next step by opening a wellness studio where people can take a break from the draining aspects of life and find a place where they can rest and heal.
