Absolutely! No experience is needed, and we provide a guided experience for first-time plungers. We'll walk you through your first session, including how the cold plunge and sauna rotation works, how to breathe through the cold and how long to stay in, and we'll explain what's happening in your body along the way. You always go at your own pace.
Our two plunge tubs are at different temperatures. The Lotus Room (46°F) is a gentler place to start, and the Buddha Room (39°F) is there when you're ready.

Just a swimsuit and a water bottle. We provide soft towels and shower products, robes are available on request, and we have two private shower rooms.
There are lockers for your things, and we encourage you to leave your phone there and enjoy an hour to yourself. Plan to arrive a few minutes early for your first visit.
We're at 1101 Fawcett Avenue, Suite 111, in downtown Tacoma (get directions on Google Maps). Our building has a secured entrance, so we'll send you instructions for getting in before your session.
Yes! Free parking is in the marked lot directly across the street from our entrance. Look for the "1101 Fawcett Building Parking Lot" sign.
Many people enjoy cold plunges and infrared saunas safely, but they aren't right for everyone. Please check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, or if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or another health concern.
During your session, listen to your body. You can step out at any time, and our team is there to guide you.
They're the same idea: immersing your body in cold water. An ice bath is usually a tub filled with ice. Our cold plunges are sanitized, temperature-controlled tubs kept at a steady 39°F and 46°F, so there's no ice to manage and the temperature is the same every visit.
